Allow to insulate the measurement component of a pressure gauge, sensor or pressure switch from corrosive, pasty or coagulated fluid.

The pressure of the measured product is transmitted to the measurement instrument through a diaphragm (stainless steel, monel, inconel, hastelloy, tantalum, teflon) and a fluid (generally oil).

The measurement instrument and its diaphragm seal, vacuum filled in the workshop, form a complete assembly.
