Pressure gauges with contact

  •  This designation designs all switch devices which close or open one or several circuits with regard to the needle position of pressure gauge.

  •  Adaptable on most pressure gauge series in DN100 and DN150.

Distinguish the following devices :

DRY ELECTRIC CONTACTS – 15
  • Contacts with slow action : warrant high adjusting accuracy with reduced hysteresis.
  • Contacts with sudden action (magnetic) : permit to reduce creation of electric arcs due to ill-timed switch-on of contact.
  • They are normally closure type :
    - Close contact at pressure reduction : function 1.
    - Close contact at pressure build-up : function 2.
  • The capacity of cutoff varies from 18 VA to 50 VA (on resistive circuits).
  • Use of time delay relay MSR is obligatory for control pressure gauges with shock absorbing liquid.
  • Electric connection : plastic connector DIN 43650 / Staffing box PG9.

Part number example :

  • M25-15-1-2-100-10 G1/2 400 bar.
-> Reinforced refilling pressure gauge with dry electric contacts. Function 1-2 DN 100 .
    -> Mounting type 10 threaded fitting G ½ with measurement range 0 + 5800 psi
  • With shock absorbing liquid M25G-15-1-2 100-10 G ½" 400

DETECTOR ILS - 53 -The detectors ILS are composed of 2 flexible contacts sealed in a glass tube filled with neutral gas.

  • When the magnet, driven by the pressure gauge needle is situated near the ILS detector, the two flexible contacts stick together and close the circuit.
  • They are normally closure type :
    - Close detector at pressure reduction : function 1.
    - Close detector at pressure build-up : function 2.
  • Cutoff capacity : 3 W or 3 VA.
  • Maximum intensity : 0,25 A (for U = 12 V).
  • Maximum voltage : 50 V (for I = 20 mA)(values given on resistive circuits).
  • Electric connection : plastic connector DIN 43650 / Staffing box PG9.
THIS TYPE OF CONNECTORS REPLACES FAVOURABLY DRY ELECTRIC CONTACTS FOR :
  • AUTOMATE CONTROL : no bounce effect at setting point, there are no micro cutoffs .
  • COMMUTATION IN SHOCK ABSORBING LIQUID : the cut-off capacity is higher than when using dry electric contacts and utilization of glycerine and sidepaline as shock absorbing liquid is possible.

MICRO CIRCUIT BREAKER – 50 The pressure gauge mechanism is equipped with a micro circuit breaker with adjustable consign point and localized by an index.

  • This device works like a reversing switch.
  • P/N M50-3 – mechanism with 1 micro circuit breaker.
  • This device is only adaptable on pressure gauges DN100 with pressure from 58 to 5800 psi.
  • Cut-off capacity : 5A under 250V maxi / 50 Hz

MULTIFUNCTION TIME DELAY RELAYS - MSR The use of these relays is obligatory in the following cases :

  • Pressure gauges with shock absorbing liquid.
  • Important vibrations and pulsations.
  • Strong cutoff capacity.
The WE-Ex relays are utilized for applications in inherent safety.

PRESSURE SWITCHES Our pressure switches of industrial construction or adapted according to specifications are manufactured for relative, differential or absolute pressures.

  • From 0,29 psi to 0 + 12000 psi.
  • 1 or 2 reversing switches with fixed or adjustable distance.
    Example of realisations :
Used for nitrogen, argon or all clean and neutral gases compatible with construction material (generally stainless steel).
  • Maximum working pressure : 5800 psi.
  • Working temperature : - 580 to 1200 psi.
  • Triggering pressure :
    - At pressure build-up from 290 to 5800 psi.
    - At pressure reduction from 5100 to 220 psi.
  • Coupling inlet and outlet : as per request.
Industrial solid pressure switches for overpressure and depression.
  • Survey of liquids and gases.
  • 13 adjustment scales from –13 psi to + 87 psi.
