NATO TOOL KIT This equipment contains in a transportation case the tooling/fittings/adaptors/extension cord/valve/flexible hose/pressure reducer/pressure gauge/manual pump allowing to proceed to inflating operations, tightness test/purging of hydraulic and/or pneumatic circuits of aircrafts (civil/military plane/helicopter).
A separate compartment in the covering cap of the case keeps the flexible hoses. The composition of cases depends on the aircraft to be maintained.
TORQUE LIMITER DYNASTAT
PDF - 1.9 Mo
The Dynastat is a measurement and safety device that ensures an electrical cut-off by micro switches either at traction or at or both of them alternatively. The micro switches can be set up to 7500 daN (for several ranges).

This device, principally designed to protect the slip-on gear mechanism against accidental overloads and blocks is mounted near the couple arm.

The Dynastat can also be used as torque or force limiter for other applications : controlling overload on winches, cranes, freight elevators, stackers, conveyors, and so on …
CRYOGENIC DEVICES
PDF - 4.5 Mo
Manufacture upon specifications of cryogenic transfert units, vacuum insulated or heat insulated flexible assemblies for liquid nitrogen, liquid helium.
ON SITE CALIBRATION TOOL This tooling containing a high pressure bottle of 2900 psi, permits to perform calibration of safety valves (high pressure and low pressure) as well as the calibration of pressure gauges on site by means of a calibration gauge class 0.1
TEST BENCH WITH PRESSURE AND TEMPERATURE GRADIENT FOR KEROSENE This test bench allows to simulate the variations of temperature and pressure generated by altitude and to test the engine kerosene circuits.

It is controlled by a out-of-line laptop PC connected by a Ethernet cable. The assembly includes a circuit able to generate a pressure of 0 to 3600 psi and a temperature of –94°F to +300°F. The components of this circuit are ATEX.
HYDRAULIC TEST BENCH WITH MANUAL CONTROL OR CONTROLLED BY PC This hydraulic test bench permits to simulate the pressure variations generated by torpedo ejection.

It is controlled by a PC on the right part and manually on the left part. The assembly includes a circuit able to generate a pressure of 0 to 3600 psi. The PC allows to establish a test script and record the measured values.
